Good stuff
Have built 2 router tables, and Kreg plate adjusters are the best. Simply cut a hole to match your plate, install kreg corner levelers , do the adjustments needed and your done. Leveling screws are easy to adjust and stay put

Plate leveler
Not deal breakers, but the curve might for some people present a problem, but in my case it was close enough. Second, rubber caps might be desirable depending on the plate. Non-metal won't be an issue, but metal plates can chatter depending on the work (bit size, hardness of material being worked with). Otherwise far superior than the way I was doing it, first wood screws, then washers. The latter worked far better as the screws tended to sink into the MDF (table top material).
