This arrived on time & as described. Why then, I hear you ask, the negative evaluation? The page was set up to look like an auction ("enter your bid" etc).. The starting price was 10 so I entered 20 thinking it would be an 11 bid. Not a bit of it! Before I could retract, my offer had been accepted! This is misleading - an outrage unparalleled in my experience. I messaged the seller about it, but they couldn't be arsed replying. Very well - it is my duty as a good ebayer to expose them!
