Quick shipper. Although item title and description states brand new and unopened. The package seems like it was opened and just hot glued closed. Batteries seem un touched and no signs of usage. Charger seems ok as well although the cabling was unraveled then when normally purchasing new batteries and charger but seems untouched otherwise. Charging them and will test them but seems good! A++ for the price.
