    Not sure how to rate this. Seller did warn me item would take much longer then stated. I did get the item, and it is exactly what was described. but their shipping method did lack and when I did receive it the envelop, they sent 3 LED lights in had been ripped and placed in another package by USPS. Lond story short, don't think an envelope was the best choice for a shipping container. But I did get my item, and they work great.
