I do not normally leave negative feedback and I am sure this seller had good intentions. However I bought the liver treats 1kg at $45 to help train my puppy. He was prompt in sending the treats, when I received the treats they were unfortunately mouldy…I could not feed my puppy mouldy treats. I contacted the seller, with no resolve! I am now out of pocket that amount of money, with no treats for my puppy. Very unhappy and will not purchase from this seller again

This buyer is a vexatious liar. There is no mould on the product, nor could the buyer provide any evidence of such. It is not biologically possible for a dehydrated product to go mouldy - even though the buyer stored the item completely poorly and admitted as such, the product was still fine. Even after 8 days of me asking she could produce no evidence of such. I then offered FOUR TIMES a refund just to make her stop messaging me and she refused every time and now complains she has lost money.

Great seller ,great communication ,well packed ,good healthy smell ,which must have alerted Aus Post sniffer dogs ,as someone somewhere along the journey had opened the package and taped it up with the contents on show so maybe there was a dog somewhere treated to a lovely snack ! Hope they enjoyed it as much as our little fella.Went crazy when he saw and smelt the parcel ,this will keep him going for a while .Many thanks .
