Phone listed as brand new never used but seller dispatched phone 8 days latter (listing stated same day dispatch) The phone I received was old refurbished activated 2021 (see photo). I contacted the seller seeking compensation for the price difference between new and refurbished. He offered $15. I think he was making a joke. Be warned this seller is not to be trusted!!

I informed 'my-phonez' who immediately offered a full refund or replacement.I decided that as the damage was only cosmetic to keep the item. The item I purchased was advertised as unlocked to a telecommunications network. I checked with the vendor and they guaranteed that it was unlocked. When I received the item it was actually locked to Telstra. Vendor asked for item to be returned and advised that they would send an item of equal or greater value that was unlocked. I returned the item they said that there were no
unlocked devices available and refunded my money. A very big run around and I feel deceived by this company. Beware!!
