    The fault described in the listing was rectified, however, other underlying faults were present, one of which I couldn't fix. I advised the seller about this and his communication was excellent, he understood that there were underlying issues with the machine. The seller sent me a Lenovo T530 as a replacement and did not ask for the other one back, the replacement he sent is in great condition and works well. This seller is a very honest guy who made the situation right. Highly recommended.

    Brother PT-1010 P-Touch Label Printer

    Family and friends now come over and comment on how organised we are. This machine is so simple to use and now we can identify every jar of spice and know when it should be replaced. A fantastic organiser. It has even ventured out to the shed (Man Cave) and has happily labelled just about everything.
