The seller is very arrogant and rude and thinks his customers are stupid. The description is misleading some of the products the seller is offering are being shipped from Anaheim in the United States. This causes a delivery time like in my case from 14 days. I sent the item back and asked ebay to refund it. Better pay more and buy from a different seller.

The product description is 100%correct. However the transaction leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Purchase completed 12/04/24/ Estimated delivery from Brisbane was 17/04/24. Contacted seller for update on delivery due to 3 confusing tracking numbers over 2 weeks. Email from seller was about 24hrs later telling me I was confused. Gave them an ultimatum re delivery time or complaint going to eBay. Seller is false advertising the point of dispatch as Brisbane when the Item came from overseas.
