As listed, as new. Great Price. Packaged in original box so packaged well. No real issue. Screen is great image, sound is awful thou very tinny at low volume levels, more detail on higher volume levels, but then it too loud - onscreen audio controls seem to do nothing to fix it, even using Equalizer I hear no differences. Research on the WEB seems to be common issue with TCL maybe firmware issue. Had to use some external speakers and sounds way better now. Still a good buy.
