Acquisto effettuato e pagato il 26/12/23 con il prodotto che doveva essere consegnato tra il 2/01/24 ed il 4/01/24..Il 30/12/2023 mando un messaggio al venditore per sapere quando avrebbe spedito.. nessuna risposta.. attendo ancora ed il 5/01/2024 contatto ebay inviando una segnalazione.. magicamente il venditore si fà vivo..morale della storia ricevo il prodotto il 12/01/2024 con il tappo rotto e parte del liquido perso..sicuramente non posso dire che il venditore sia affidabile al 100%..

Buongiorno, ci dispiace per il malinteso ma la problematica è nata a causa della chiusura aziendale dal 24/12 all'8/01
Le abbiamo risposto l'8 gennaio non per via della sua segnalazione ma semplicemente perché era il giorno di riapertura aziendale. Come da lei indicato, non appena abbiamo riaperto abbiamo subito preso in gestione la problematica.
