John, was very good at communicating and let me know he would send the fish a week later to avoid some low Temps. Unfortunately the fish did not make it. He was very good at communicating and sent another package. It got delayed in shipping and the fish did not make it. He gave me a full refund. Although it was an unfortunate experience i would recommend those who live closer to him due to his customer service and care for the fish
