Sorry for "rating the item" at 3*, but I have not yet read this book, though I am looking forward to doing so. eBay policy does not allow feedback without star rating and review for the product, so I leave 3* for any book not yet read. eBay trashed their reviews and think this substitutes for that, but with the inability to edit, it doesn't.! Suffice to say the book arrived at impressive speed, is in great condition as described, and I am very happy with my purchase. Saved seller. Many thanks.
