    Something very diiferemt

    e but once I tried panophthalamscope I felt fundus exam fascinating and much easier, I could see the disc and the surrounding retina with vessels and their pathology being very clear, I could easily observe spontaneous venous pulsations even through the smallest pupil.

    If you know how to use it, buy it!

    I use this constantly. It is faster and easier than BIO, portable for bedside examinations, and can be used for fundus photos.
