Expérience catastrophique. L'assiette est arrivée cassée ! Emballage pas sérieux alors qu'il s'agit d'une céramique. De plus j'avais donné quelques consignes pour l'emballage, non respectées ! Le vendeur me demande alors ce que je souhaite en contrepartie : je lui propose un objet de même prix. Il me demande alors de repayer les frais de livraison. Je décline et lui demande alors un remboursement. Je suis toujours en attente 1 mois après. Aucun remboursement de prévu et plus de nouvelle !!

L’évaluation négative est particulièrement sévère et totalement injustifiée puisque l’acheteuse a délibérément ignoré (pourquoi ?) le message que je lui avais adressé dès le 17 décembre 2023 dans lequel je lui faisais finalement la proposition de prendre à ma charge les frais de livraison pour l’envoi du livre en remplacement, et ce, afin de conclure cette transaction de façon sereine
