A really lovely seller. Due to a bad delivery from AGAIN, EVRI. He stuffed my new cardigan down the side of our fence and a rather hard branch spiky bush. I couldn't find it at first but emailed the seller who immediately tracked it down. The courier came up with different stories till she got it sussed, finally. It had been out in the rain and as I tried to pull it out the bag ripped and the garment was badly snagged, the seller just said to return it for a full refund &she can claim for it.
