The guy doesn't know how to package delicate items. He took this 300+ dollar instrument and threw it in a flat rate box with one scrap of a mattress topper. It arrived with multiple feet and rack ears broken. I sent pics and he offered $50 back. I decided to accept this after disassembling the instrument to make sure there was no internal damage. I'm out two rack ears and one tube of epoxy to "fix" the broken feet on the back. learn how to pack.

We acknowledged the shipment issue and offered a return for a refund or money back and they could keep it. The individual accepted to keep it and take money back. We did our best and they still left negative feedback.
