I had a great experience with this seller. There was a mixup and I was sent the wrong size. I contacted Alex via the Contact Seller option. He replied the same day, apologized for the error, assured me that the correct item would ship the following day. (It did!) Alex also sent instructions, and a return label for me to send the first package back. The service I received from Alex is top-notch!
