Shocks are an easy install. The adjustment is straight forward as well. The only complaint I would make here is it's difficult to see the marks they have on the shock body for adjustment. I painted a yellow line on each shock so I could more easily see the top / adjuster. Setting the sag is difficult if you are by yourself. The ride is greatly improved over the stock air shocks. I installed the Heavy Duty version of these shocks first. They just weren't up to handling 2 up riding with loaded saddlebags and a trunk. I also pull a small trailer. I installed the Super Heavy Duty 944-4071UT and they are awesome for my application. I also installed the 1 inch lowered mono tubes in the forks. I am very pleased with how well the bike handles now.

I had Showa air-over-oil shocks on my HD Streetglide. Putting the Progressive Super Dutys on made an immediate improvement in ride quality and stability. I'm anticipating less maintenance (air pressure adjustments) in the future.

It's winter now so this I can say is they look great! I trust people's previous reviews. I'll just have to wait till spring to find out.

These are not $1000 shocks but I think they are great for how I ride, 2 up mostly and in not racing on a track.
