Wrong product recieved and didn't replace or offer to send me the product I paid for. Tried to send back but the post office wld not accept the previous packaging. This company is professional incompetent and has acted fraudulently as I am financially at a loss as a result of their failure to provide a basic service and being left with a product I cannot use and did not pay for. Wrong item sent but cheerfully corrected. Mistake understandable as anyone could mistake "male" for "female" when dealing with electrical connections.
