Excellent sound — not for noisy studios (picks up everything). Switches require disassembling connector for access.
Most sensitive microphone I own (I have many). The pad and high pass filter are accessed by disassembling the connector in the mic body — they really don't want the casual user to fool with these controls so that makes sense, I suppose. This picks up everything. Not the best choice for a home studio unless the room is dead quiet. Sound quality is excellent otherwise with a slight presence boost in the top end. My new go-to for alto and bass voices. Not just for broadcast.Most sensitive microphone I own (I have many).
