    Good Movie, Excellent Soundtrack

    Decent Movie - no assault to one's morals or political statements within, deceptively... Just a decent Story. LD offered AC-3 "Dolby Digital" soundtrack - not basic "stereo" or "Pro-Logic". Recently acquired "Old School" A/V 5.1 Amp with built-in decoding of AC-3 soundtracks. Similar, in my less than Doctoral understanding of LaserDisc Movie sound channel offerings, to the expanded 'feel' of Analog Vinyl vs CD sound quality. Those who know more can explain better but the Quality of Sound in the AC-3 realm is a digital stream of analog signals in specific 5.1 channels versus lumped in with Pro-Logic (which doesn't sound bad)... If you're confused, so am I - but, the Experience is Improved.
