They sent one flimsy outlet plate for $11 plus $8.95 shipping/tax. Admitted the listing was wrong but still demanded I pay return shipping. He refused. Demanded more units or nothing. Even asked for a full refund intending to keep the product. We refused. In the end we paid return shipping and will be issuing a full refund.
