I bought Krell S1000. When it was delivered, the item had broken main power switch and so I was very disappointed. I brought it to the audio repair shop and they charged me $95.00 to replace with genuine Krell switch. So I told this problem to the Seller and this Seller refunded me $95.00 immediately. I was so impressed. Now my Krell S1000 is at the repair shop and it will be done mid next week. Haha. I will give this Seller 5 stars.

The item was as described. Packaging was outstanding.
There was a small issue with the transaction where a cable in the images was not delivered HOWEVER, the vendor was prompt in their communication with me about the issue and we mutually resolved the minor discrepancy.
