Seller totally messed up (perhaps one of the employees??) and it was shipped with very inadequate packing materials, careless... Item was damaged in shipping... They took responsibility for wrong actions and gave a full refund... This satisfied my problem. Seller did the right thing.

Nothing wrong with the item, it was tested for a week after it was shipped back. I replaced ac charger ($15 value), since the jack from ac charger was damaged maybe in shipping maybe not. Anyway, provided a full refund, I used packing/shipping material.
