Product was not as described. Was indeed non-working as described but the arm was broken. This was not mentioned in the description. Messaged the seller with no rreturn response. Would not recommend this seller lest your desperate for what he lists. Btw, the item was poorly packaged, forced to fit in the shipping box.

Purchased total gym and wasn’t shipped for 8 days. Then when I got it after 12 days, it wasn’t even the same one that was pictured and had missing and broken parts. The add said you get everything in the pictures not exactly what I got. It was a total gym, just more rough than the one displayed. Seller didn’t have the one in the pictures, he was waiting for another one. Seller did refund for some of the parts, but not all.
