batteries were advertised to be individually packed but they arrived without packages. seller asked to send it back by marking the parcel "return to seller" at the post office, that way, I wouldn't be charged postage cost. this was not true. then I asked seller to pay for postage back but was told to pay for myself twice. very rude and completely wasting my time and effort. extremely poor communication skills too. makes you feel like you are the second citizen. I wish I could give minus 5 star.
