Before I purchased, I had some questions about the stereo. Seller was quickto provide answers and shipped quick to my house. Stereo posted on but required a security code to unlock it. I contacted the dealership and they wanted me to bring the van to them and pay them to put in a 4 digit code. Contacted the seller and in a few minutes I had a working code. Wonderful to deal with.
