Excellent seller. Very honest. Extremely well packaged - possibly the best packaged console I've had off eBay. Fast delivery, great price. Perfect transaction. Hmmm... 500 characters to fill? OK... The bike with an RRP of over £300 was very poorly packaged resulting in deep and unrepairable damage to part of the frame. When I explained this to the seller and politely asked for a partial refund, they blamed me for not being at home to receive the parcel on delivery and was rude and argumentative. I would have returned it but it is an Xmas present for me son and had no time to get another one. I was given £40 but it will cost me more to repair. Very disappointed, terrible service.
