    great external drive

    this is a great item. i tried a few others, but nothing like this. this item is solid, and when you pick it up doesn't feel cheap. i have loaded 1000s of songs and 100s of movies. i bought this to convert all my dvds and put them on this drive. it takes awhile, but it's really nice having all your movies, and shows in one place and not having to change disk. would i buy it again the answer is yes i wouldn't even think twice. you can get cheaper brands, but in the long run you get what you pay for.

    LaCie Rugged USB-C 5TB is a solid buy

    I just received this external hard drive and it's working great. It had to be erased and set up for a Mac, which only took a minute or so. I'm using it as a backup device for my Mac and it's backed up every day as scheduled.
