esax49er was extremely attentive to making sure that everything was first rate: the product, the shipping, everything. The computer is like new, and it has very desirable hardware and software. It is a great bargain!
USPS took a week to get the computer to me. That was a lot longer than expected. But, esax49er did everything he could to find out what was going on. He asked about it at the Post Office, and kept me informed, even to letting me know that it was delivered (when it finally was).

I purchased this laptop specifically because it has Windows 7. I review games for several companies and have been reviewing the Mystery Case Files series games in sequential order, but several games in the series, such as Mystery Case Files: Dire Grove, won't work on the newer Windows version. I'm happy to report that this laptop has saved the day! The computer is exactly as described and was packaged in a nice secure bubble wrap sleeve.
