I'm not sure why this seller would think it's OK to send a tablet in a USPS BAG? THE SAMSUNG BOX WAS CRUSHED. The tablet works fine, but the aluminum case is bent you can clearly see it's bent. I sent pictures of box and tablet and asked for a partial refund and was rejected. I won't send back because they will probably claim something else is wrong and not provide full refund. I won't take the chance. They should at least own up to their error (Shipping in a bag). An provide a partial refund

Great seller! They ship fast! They also go beyond the average seller giving details on how to set up your phone if its not working on your Carrier. This only applys to global phones, such as ones made in China. They don't have to do that and it should be appreciated. I can confirm the xiaomi note 13 pro works great on AT&T in the USA. Has to be the best phone around $300 right now.
