Purchased a copy of the classic movie Rebecca from this seller who advertised the condition of the item as being 'Like New'. The item arrived and the case(and disc) was/were covered in fine scratches and large gouges, plus what appears to be green mold(see pictures) not evident in their listing photos. The seller was uncooperative regarding a return...for a simple $10 item. Accused me of bait and switching the item and stated all of their buyers are crooks. Again. All for a $10 item.

As stated in the messages I was accepting the return OR I offered you a partial refund and you keep the item. Not once did I directly accuse you of scamming nor did I state all of the buyers were. A scam of this nature has happened numerous times (documented by Ebay) and that's just to myself. Not every buyer scams and not every seller does this for a living and some do it for things such as bills, tuition and etc. Maybe a $10 item to you but if 10 people do it to one seller. It adds up fast.
