Instructions lack detail and had to find a youtube video to understand functionality. Also, this is a device that is made to fit an Apple iPad,,, it would have been nice if the Zagg would accept the same charging cord as the iPad. The included charging cord is pathetic and so short it is virtually useless. So far the Zagg has performed well.

The Zagg Rugged Book Case, is well built, but poorly designed. The openings for various ports, camera and buttons, do not match well the IPad Pro, for which is it advertised. The material used appears to be durable and the case does seem to protect the IPad, the reason I purchased it. The price point does not appear to be a good value for what you get, but is of good quality.

The case itself is great. Looks and feels very rugged and durable. The case is hard to put on / take off the iPad. The lighting port access will not allow to insert the Apple Pencil right out of the box. I had to modify it. The keyboard is very good for a portable keyboard, not great compared to a regular one. The hinges are a bit hard to get open. And the way to attach the keyboard to the case is awkward and not that reliable. But you get used to it. I have had it for three weeks and I am very pleased with the product so far.

Great Case. Very Durable. Weighted nicely, won't fall over. Rubber edge is textured for great grip. Raised keys are easy to feel. Back-lit key option is a must.

I already had one of these keyboards one for my older iPad Air. I bought this one for my new 6th generation iPad. Bomb proof protection that lasts for years. This is definitely the best keyboard you can but for these models of iPad.

Have had several of these and although the hinges sometimes fail, it’s still worth it for the protection. My iPad air 2 still looks new. it’s comfortable to type on, resting on my lap. It very rarely needs charging with a micro usb cord which I always have handy and frees up my lightning charger for charging my iPad. I’ve always been able to continue using it while it’s charging. Zagg once sent me one that was supposed to be compatible with the iPad Air 2 and the iPad Pro; it wasn’t (magnets were in the wrong places and wouldn’t shutdown my iPad. upon closing). So now I only buy the one exclusive to the iPad air 2.
