Contact seller about item that the instructions in box saying what it come with box missing items, seller tried to tell me that it doesn’t come with them missing items, also told seller that front panel and side panels are missing slots so they won’t line up.
I’ve asked seller to give me refund or replace the item they offer $20 refund, that I found very insulting. I then said ones i received the refund I will send item back with photo proof haven’t responded.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER ALL LIES

Buyer first modify our product then demanded something that was not offered in my listing.But in order to provide customers with a better shopping experience, we still offer a 20 AUD refund to keep the product or offer a return for refund service and tell the buyer that once received the returned product, we will immediately full refund.But buyer requested after get full refund then send back our item.This is not in line with eBay's policy.It is obvious that the buyer want both money and item.
