Great Product for for 4G LTE Internet, with basic WIFI features.
Make SURE that if you are planning to use this product with other carriers like ATT, T-mobile and other GSM services, DO NOT update the firmware. the firmware update release in 2018/19 locks the device only to be use with US Cellular. I learned this the hard way, I lock a few devices before I notice, because it will NOT connect anymore after the 2nd Reboot.

The router came exactly as specified. The router worked great and I was able to set it up with US Cellular with little trouble. My local store sales representatives could not get the IMEI number to work but I called the customer service number online and got it connected fairly easily. The router did not come with a SIM card but US Cellular sent me one free of charge the next day so it wasn’t any trouble. This router was much less expensive than the payment plan through US Cellular that they try to get you to set up. The router came exactly as specified. The router worked great and I was able to set it up with US Cellular with little trouble. Decent 4G router for the price.
The routers covers many LTE bands for US Cellular as well as other carriers. So far I've had it running for a couple weeks with an external antenna, the speeds are plenty fast for my area and the connection with the router is very reliable. Haven't need to reboot it or anything. It runs on a typical 12v dc, so it can easily be powered from a car or 12v battery bank. Blows satellite away.
We have satellite internet in the far reaches of northern Wisconsin. It is usable, but that’s about it. I purchased the modem and got an internet account with US Cellular to test out what kind of difference we could see. It has made an enormous difference in the quality of the internet. Even with only 2 bars of signal, it smokes the satellite service, hands down. We will be moving to this as the primary internet service and testing out better reception with a WEBoost device at a later time. We have satellite internet in the far reaches of northern Wisconsin.
