its a great graphics cards. Its quieter than my system fans. I have 3 running on one system and there doesn't seem to be an excessive amount of heat/noise like there was from my 1080 ti xtreme models. It looks like a solid card - nothing jutting out. I honestly haven't used it for gaming. But using it for its OTHER purpose, its a 2.6X step up up from the 1080 ti xtreme. The power intake varies between 205W and 320W. The ROI should be around 6 months if current ETHEREUM prices sustain at around $1750. If you can grab this card between $1500-$2200, you will be lucky. If you're interests are gaming, Just buy a last generation Xbox One or PlayStation 4 Pro for around $300. If your interests sway towards mining, this seems like the best return per Watt card out there.

Product runs very slow because of thermal throttling. The memory chips get too hot and the system throttles and that is out of the box with no modifications. Apparently Gigabyte used cheap thermal pads around the CPU and no thermal pads for the memory. I'm not the only one having this problem as documented by various sites. Buy with caution especially at an inflated price.

I knew it already needed thermal pads replaced before buying. For the money spent it should come ready to run full blast all the time. Comes stock with garbage thermal pads on memory.

The Card has a great aesthetic look to it. The only downfall I have with these gigabyte cards are the subpar thermal pads. Once I replace those, these cards perform exceptionally well. If you have thermal pads already, I recommend this product after a little diy work.

I bought 4 of these for my mining rig using Nicehash. Upgraded to Gelid thermal pad and I get a cool 48c GPU temp and 72c on VRam with ambient temp of 78f. I used 2.0 mm on front plate and 3.0 on back plate. This beast uses a big copper plate for heatsink unlike other card uses a chrome looking steel which gives me a 90c on Vram even after a thermal upgrade and with a builtin heatsink. I used a medium settings on Nicehash with 99 hash rate but with up to 115 accepted hash rate.
