Seller was prompt on shipping and packaged excellent. Hat was new in plastic. For the price, I can't complain much and it's not the sellers fault. Hat was manufactured poorly and isn't symmetrical. I'll still wear it, but probably not as much as I was hoping. Picture attached to show stitching seams not straight and panels are not equal size.
