the stereo receiver did not function properly or at all. it was shipped to me in a poorly packed cardboard box, that was packed with used, partially popped bubble wrap. which offered little protection to the stereo receiver. these functions did not work on the stereo, am/fm radio, cd & tape function. the top of the stereo had deep scratches and a small dent in the vent grill. since the seller does not accept returns for this item, I now have a broken stereo receiver.

The item was extremely heavy, so the bubble wrap likely became partially popped while the item was in transit. I briefly tested all of the functions on the receiver to make sure the buttons would toggle from one feature to the next. The buyer did not contact to allow me to offer any resolution. It's their decision to keep the item, no one is forcing the buyer to keep the item. PLEASE contact before leaving negative feedback. Thank you!!!!!
