Seller is Salvation Army. They aren't really doll experts. Only 3 of these dolls are porcelain. The others are hard plastic & vinyl. None are Tonner. However, I did get the dolls pictured. They arrived safely packaged, were shipped quickly, & the price was right. If you can correctly identify dolls from a picture and like what you see --- even if the seller does not identify correctly --- then you will get what you see, in the condition stated.
