Buyer sent wrong model modem leaving me with no home internet by a full week, I had to source the correct model modem. It clearly said on the box in big letters & back of modem 7490 not 7390 so I’m not sure how you get it so wrong in the listing. Not all modems are the same & u can’t pass them off as such. Need to check model No more clearly b4 listing I no mistakes get made but not when its in big numbers on box. Did a return & buyer then made me wait 3 full days b4 issuing a refund & no apolgy

I would like to offer my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by receiving the incorrect model.As part of managing this small online store, we had to wait until we received your return and conduct a check to ensure the item had been returned in the same condition.The eBay guidelines stated that the refund had to be processed within three days, which we fulfilled. As the modem models are different by a single digit and look almost identical, the mistake was made. Apologies again.

It doesn't take 3 full days to inspect an item especially one you said was brand new so the modem shouldn't be set-up for your network if brand new as stated so I'm not sure what you were inspecting for 3 full days ? Also it's not just a single digital incorrect. All modems are different they all have different settings for the network they are set up for, I can understand if the numbers were written in teeny writing on the back of the modem but not when it's plasterd in giant numbers on the box
