Messaged me day after ordering that there was an issue and they couldn't send item and said they would refund me. I was understanding of this, but still have not received refund- BUT they have shown on ebay that they have 'posted' item- so it shows as in transit, and I can't raise a complaint as it is within time frame for 'postage'. It is the only time in about 6 years I have had an issue with a seller, so doesn't seem to be an indicator of most sellers.

Received a broken item and contacted seller and received an email back offering 30% back which I refused as it is smashed then they offered 50% which I still refused as it cannot be fixed then they offered 70% I thought Ebay gave 100% money back guarantee?
