Good and reliable Customer Service from this "Seller' from whom I have already ordered several pieces for my Dept. 56 "Dickens Village". Today's small purchase arrived in pristine condition, and well protected in a large bubble enevelope, but unlike a box, I doubt it would have survived a heavy parcel being placed on top of it; just a thought.
