The device worked but when I received the package it was partially opened it looked like it had been dropped during shipping which tore the box. Luckily the seller packaged it pretty decently with bubble wrap and brown paper for padding. One of the drives did not function at all. I still have to get a replacement for it. But I did get a good deal on it.

Nice unit. Thoughtfully packed. Heavy item. Shipped on time. Received as pictured. Good value to me. HDD's with tons of hours, but 3 of 4 drives still have zero errors. I updated unit to OS6, increased memory to 2GB, it will make a great backup device for me. Thanks. eBay seller like they should all be. I appreciate it.
