The box was damaged. It was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and in a plastic bag envelope not a box.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration. I ship my packages in a way that works 99% of the time and in the 1% chance it doesn't it is unfortunate. Having sold over 20 of these Funkos shipped in the same way with no complaint of cosmetic damage, I would say that this would be in the hands of the shipping company.
