False advertising. Item was advertised as the BLUE version. What we received was the BLUE/GRAY version. Yes, there are different color versions. Seller had a responsibility to properly list this item. When contacted, seller stated she was "not an expert" and "not aware of different color variations". We understand she has a no return policy. However, selling an item which is falsely advertised and then not accepting its return is about as unprofessional as you can get.

The color of the teapot was described as blue which it is. I am not an expert on that pattern and I’m not aware of shades of blue. The buyer admitted the fact that they know the difference between the two shades of blue. The colors in the photos show exactly what color or "shade of blue" the teapot is. The buyer should have clarified it with me before purchasing if there was any question in their mind on the exact shade of blue since they are saying there’s several shades of blue.
