My item (a glass thermos liner) shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. It was packaged well enough to deal with anything the USPS could throw at it and still got to me in perfect condition. I can’t speak for other routes but I sometimes have things that get damaged in shipping because of a lack of proper packaging and/or the heavy hands of the carrier. There was more than enough heavy cardboard and padding to ensure that my fragile glass item arrived intact. A+ seller!
