This has been one of my best eBay experiences, certainly the best purchaser I've come across.
Despite the excellent wrapping, the shoes were slightly damp on arrival (foul weather). The seller could not have been more helpful, offered a full refund with P&P, or the opportunity to decide when the shoes dried out. They are fine, lovely, and I am delighted with them. She refunded a sizeable amount to cover the problem; she's been fair, more than reasonable, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
