    An Oldie, but a Goodie

    Being Waterproof and the fact it has No Screen, along with Weighing Practically Nothing, were the three big winning specifications for me. I dislike the temptation to constantly see how I'm doing :-) I use it not for fitness so much as for the ability to set alarms for important medication etc, and for the online sleep diary. Most of the time I'm not even aware of the FitBits' presence on my arm. Suits me !

    The Fitbit Flex 2 provides information via the phone by bluetooth. This made it easy it use because of it convenient tracking for heat rate, sleep paterned and exercise levels. I use the fit bit flex 2 for the convenient tracking, but also to wear as fashion. I own a stylish lavender fitbit band and a silver necklace that is designed for the Fitbit. The Fitbit Flex 2 helps in a variety of different ways and doesn't need to be a wrist band, but can also be a necklace and many more things.it is a small light weight device that provides accurate information 100% and helps achieve goals for loosing weight or just keeping track of yourself.

    Overall a good tracker

    I bought the Fitbit 2 swimproof to track my swimming but it doesn't activate until after 10 minutes of swimming, by which time I've already swum 10 laps, so not happy with this aspect. However it does recognise my 'walking the dogs' as part of my exercise. Overall pretty reliable.
