I am someone who has only ever given five star feedback for my eBay purchases. This seller was not honest in describing the item. Normally sellers go out of their way to highlight any imperfection but the opposite was the case here. I purchased a ‘never used’ item as a gift in good faith that I cannot possibly use. It is marked and scuffed and definitely not in as new condition. And it is non-returnable.

So sorry you feel this way! Firstly I'm disappointed you didn't message me with your concerns. Instead you reported the item an counterfeit!! its 100% genuine, thanks! Also your feedback is visible so lying about ALWAYS leaving 5 stars then calling me dishonest is actually laughable! Item wasn't scuffed or marked as it lived in cardboard box i, myself received from dyson Brand New. next time contact a seller privately first, I would've been happy to resolve this beforehand. Thanks!
