My recent encounter with Huon Valley Health Merchants has revealed shocking disregard for customer safety. Recycled, worn packaging and makeshift padding raise serious concerns about hygiene and product integrity. Despite my request for a return due to these issues, Huon Valley Health Merchants dismissively downplayed concerns and attempted to persuade me to use compromised products, endangering my newborn.
Their profit-driven approach prioritizes cost-cutting over customer safety.

Over 13k sales and no complaints about the packaging we use until now. Karen is never too far away it seems. The dent on the tin was of such a minor nature we attempted to use common sense and logic with the buyer but they seem to be incapable of those. Minor dents on the body of the tins are completely harmless. The information on that is online and that's what we go by when deciding on quality control. Ya can't please a Karen

I never received this item.This listing stated it would be sent with tracking with expected delivery 13th Feb,it was instead sent delayed as a letter. Given I didn’t receive the item I asked the seller for a refund- the response was a barrage of extremely rude condescending insulting messages attempting to question my intelligence,accuse me of being a moron a scammer,dishonest,ignorant,a predatory buyer taking advantage;all for requesting a refund on an order I DONT HAVE.Unacceptable conduct

This buyer doesn't seem to understand that buying online carries a risk of late delivery. And that if an order is running late it doesn't entitle them to both get a refund and also keep the product. Never have we encountered a more self entitled, manipulative, unreasonable individual such as this on eBay. I'm glad they have shared the screenshots. Every last word is 100% correct and justified!
